id keep the walls after taking them down! they look like they could be used as boards! or even to add height on gaming boards! and best of all they are free!

Just a suggestion, but seeing as it will have street access, I think you should start a wargaming club, so get a few tables set up down there, and just get people in to play some games. Would be fun.

I think your terrain studio idea is a very good one I know how much of a pain it is to make terrain boards and the room they take up. good luck

I say you try and reach out to stores across the gaming scene and sell whole lots of terrain to them, they always need terrain for thier tournaments and gameing areas. THATS HUGE BUISNESS POTENTIAL. You may need to expand staff although
Buisness’ are all risks, but if you feel its time to expand to terrain and its worth it financially do it. as Jimmy Eat World said “im here, im now, im ready, holding on tight, dont give away the end, the one thing that stays mine”, so ftw go for it.

If you’re getting into resin casting I think a good idea is to have a line of products to sell in addition to taking commissions. That way you have a chance at making some money while commissions are slow. Just my two cents.

My man, I’ve always loved your work. And ive missed your Terrain Videos. Some of the stuff you’ve turned out has been really inspiring to my own work. You actually inspired one of my own armies paint wise.
I truly miss your massive Jaw Dropping Projects of modular terrain and your Non Imperial Terrain.
You guys Rock. Keep it up! I’m Eager to see what you are doing, and what you have going on now

i don’t know shawn. taking advice from the internet is a bit too far. just because everyone wants you to doesn’t mean it is a good idea to. it is your choice and yours alone. like investing in a new army. you aren’t going to go right away to invest into a whole new army. it takes time and a lot of thinking of whether or not it is a good choice. look at the advantages and disadvantages. don’t do it right away. it took me 5 months of thinking if i should invest into warmachine.

Talk about timing! I’m literally as of this week starting my own studio/business specializing in terrain. I’ve got the tools and materials and some small job offers from a couple potential clients and now I have to compete with the studio that inspired me to get started! There’s no way I can stand up against BTP! I might as well quite now
I’m just kidding. I’ll keep going at it and hopefully get this thing off the ground. Im feeling that uncertain feeling right now. well Good luck to you guys

Why not make the downstairs a storefront and the upstairs the studio?

Wow ! That looks really ambitious – I’d LOVE to see that ! But I do understand that you have to make a decision based on business
Either way – good luck BTP!
