@HandleyHalifax no you need 2 single handed close combat weapons also powerfist is a Special Weapon and all special weapons require you to have 2 of them to gain a bonus. The only people who get it are Gray Knights because they have trained using storm bolters so have a special rule.

@keurosaur the main GW ones that i know of are in carmarthen, swansea, and cardiff. theres quite a few independent ones out there too. try using the GW strore finder it will show you all the independent shops as well.

@Keurosaur there are probably a few. There is one in Swansea city centre – Games Workshop. There is probably one in Cardiff also.

A stormbolter is not a single handed weapon, you should read th wargear section of your codex, it clearly says it’s a two-handed weapon.
The second reason why you don’t get it is because you wear a powerfist and that should already say enough.

@HandleyHalifax Only guns that count as Pistols can be used as a combat weapon.

heres a question, if a terminator has a storm bolter and a powerfist, does that count as having 2 combat weapons, after all, the storm bolter is single handed,
