@spidermonkey881 No no, do not use an old codex haha, you need a current one. And get yourself familiar with the rules which is why i recommend one of the 40k starting boxes, such as Black Reach you get some marines, and orks, plus some starting rules but that is still up to you. And then have fun after that :P I recommend finding a local Games-workshop or a hobby or gaming club and they will help you too or if u have more questions i can help just pm so we dont spam this video lol

@spidermonkey881 i would say start out with assault on black reach so you can trade your orks for more space marine

@spidermonkey881 woops thumbs upped by accident but w/e

Uh, well that depends on how much you want to spend haha. First get the codex of space marines (lots of different chapters that are unique I prefer the new space wolves) And a battleforce box is a Great start, you get practically everything including a rhino i think which is very nice, and you can add a hero or a chaplain onto it, or both. Will depend on how much you kind of want to spend haha. But def go for the battleforce and codex

@MWguitarist do you think i should start out with a space marine battleforce with dice and a hero or instead of a hero a chaplain?

The menoth army from the guy witht the transformers shirt looks stunning. But i am dissapointed in the unpainted metal models.

@spidermonkey881 Space marine’s are a very good starting army, you can get a bulk of your space marines from one of the starting box’s. Not that you need to get the starting boxes, I prefered tyranids and IG so i kinda just got those units cause they appealed to me. Space marine’s are fun and generally tend to be people’s just starting army.

@spidermonkey881 Okay, Yes warhammer 40k and Warhammer Fantasy is great fun, it is time consuming for painting but it is very rewarding. Now a little note, the video you are watching is a Battle Report on the game Warmachine, which is a miniature game but very different from 40k. They are both great fun, Play them both and pick your favorite, i personally play both 40k and Warmachine and have a blast. Just a little note to help you out ;P
